Steve McNaughton
Steve has more than 30 years experience in the corporate world as managing director of a successful Australian recruitment firm, as well as overseeing multi-million-dollar projects as a private capital investor. He is also a musician and songwriter. Steve brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance gained as a director on several public and private companies.
James Stewart Keene
James has built a successful career as an Australian country rock musician/songwriter, developing his filmmaking skills by producing his own music videos. Along with numerous TV music videos, James has directed short films that have received multiple international film festival awards, including Sherbrooke Down: The Road to Cataract (pilot), Ode to my Brother: A Sherbrooke Down Story and Cold Wind Blowing. Sherbrooke Down: Valley of Tears is James's feature film directorial debut.
Shebie King
Producer and first assistant director Shebie has more than a decade of experience in narrative film, short-form content and music-driven projects. She has worked across production, locations, art, coordination, and on-set logistics. She is known for her calm set leadership, organisational discipline, and ability to elevate production value across tight schedules and budgets.
